01Acceptance of these terms

By booking a service with SafeDubaiDriver ("we", "us", "our") — through our website, by phone, or over WhatsApp — you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their authority to do so and that you will make them aware of these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

02Our services

We provide professional driving services across the United Arab Emirates:

• Safe Driver — a licensed driver operates your own vehicle, taking you and your car home safely.
• Chauffeur + Car — a professional chauffeur with a vehicle from our fleet.
• Airport Transfers — pickup and drop-off for DXB, DWC and other UAE airports.
• Tours — chauffeured itineraries in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

All our drivers hold valid UAE driving licences and are permitted to carry out the work assigned to them.

03Booking and confirmation

Submitting a booking request is an offer, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once we have replied to you directly — by WhatsApp, SMS or phone — with driver details.

We do our best to accommodate every request, including at short notice, but availability is not guaranteed at peak times. Please give us accurate pickup details and a reachable phone number; we cannot be responsible for a failed pickup caused by incorrect information.

04Pricing and payment

Prices shown on our website are starting rates in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are indicative. Your final quoted price depends on the service, duration, distance, emirate and time of day, and will be confirmed with you before the trip begins.

• Hourly services are charged from the agreed start time, with part-hours rounded as advised in your quote.
• Inter-emirate journeys, late-night trips and public holidays may carry a supplement, always disclosed in advance.
• For the Safe Driver service, fuel, tolls (Salik), parking and any fines remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• For Chauffeur + Car, fuel and insurance are included; tolls and parking may be charged at cost.

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed other terms in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

05Waiting time

A reasonable grace period is included with every booking — typically 15 minutes for city pickups and 45 minutes for airport arrivals, measured from the actual landing time where we have your flight number. Beyond that, waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Please give your flight number for airport transfers so we can track delays and adjust at no cost to you.

06Cancellation and no-show

• Cancel more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup and there is no charge.
• Cancel within 2 hours of pickup and a cancellation fee may apply, reflecting the driver's time already committed.
• If the driver arrives and cannot reach you within the grace period, it is treated as a no-show and the trip may be charged in full.
• Tours and multi-day bookings may carry their own cancellation terms, which we will tell you when you book.

If we have to cancel for any reason within our control, you pay nothing and we will help you arrange an alternative wherever possible.

07Your vehicle (Safe Driver service)

When our driver operates your vehicle, you confirm that:

• The vehicle is legally registered in the UAE with valid registration.
• The vehicle carries valid, active insurance that covers a permitted additional driver.
• The vehicle is roadworthy and safe to drive, with functioning brakes, lights and tyres, and sufficient fuel or charge.
• You are authorised to allow another person to drive it.

Our driver may decline to drive any vehicle they reasonably believe is unsafe, uninsured, or unlawful to operate. Please note any existing damage before the trip begins; we recommend a quick walk-around with your driver.

08Conduct and safety

The driver is responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and may refuse or end a trip where safety, legality or dignity is at risk. To keep everyone safe, passengers must:

• Wear seat belts at all times, as required by UAE law.
• Not smoke or consume alcohol inside the vehicle.
• Not carry illegal, hazardous or prohibited items.
• Not ask the driver to exceed speed limits or breach any traffic regulation.
• Treat the driver with respect. Abuse, threats or harassment will end the trip immediately, with the full fare payable.

Child seats can be arranged on request — please tell us the child's age when booking. Cleaning charges may apply where a vehicle from our fleet is soiled and requires professional cleaning.

09Liability

We take our duty of care seriously, and our drivers are insured for the work they carry out. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of that booking, except where the law does not permit such a limit.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights, missed meetings or loss of profit, where these result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• For the Safe Driver service, your own motor insurance is the primary cover for your vehicle, as our driver is operating it with your permission.
• Personal belongings remain your responsibility. Please check the vehicle before leaving; we will help reunite you with anything left behind, but cannot accept liability for lost items.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

10Delays and events beyond our control

We plan carefully and build in buffers, but we cannot control traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, border or checkpoint delays, vehicle breakdown, or the acts of any authority. Where such an event affects your trip, we will tell you as soon as we can and do our best to find an alternative. We are not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

11Privacy

The personal information you give us when booking is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always rather resolve a problem directly with you first — please contact us before taking any formal step.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
